I LOVE seeing my little newborns again, it is always amazing to me how much they have changed, but still what little pieces are the same as they were when they were brand new. This little cutie just turned one, and he had to come in and do a birth cupcake smash! He’s a smart one already- he just ate the icing off all 3 cupcakes and left that nasty cake alone- how quickly they learn. :0) He is such a cute, smiley, sweet little guy- I know you already know that- but I had to say it again! :0)

Here is the little chubby sweet baby I promised you! Could she be any more cute? I love her chubby cheeks and all her black hair, she is a doll! :0) It’s funny how every baby is so different from each other, they really do come into the world with their very own little personalities. This little sweetie just did NOT want me to touch her hands! She would lay there just fine until I tried to move her hands, and then she would start to scream, soooo…. I just left her hands alone. You only have to scream at me 10 or so times before I learn! Anyway, here she is in all her stubborn cuteness- hands (for the most part) untouched! :0)

Ok, I LOVE these images! What a sweet baby! She was a little thing, just 6 pounds something ounces, I think she was 5 days old and so cute!!! I am posting a ton, because seriously I just could not choose, she performed like a rock star for me, just did everything I asked her too. Have I mentioned that I adore photographing newborns?! I have a chubby cutie newborn coming up on the blog soon. Enjoy!

I have been able to photograph this family several times, and I love seeing them come back, and being able to see how they have grown and changed. Little Miss Thang wasn’t so into having her pictures taken this year, but since she is gorgeous we were able to get a few anyway! You’ve gotta love the candy bribe, it got her to stay in one place for a few seconds! 0) Her big brother was just wonderful to work with. He is 4 almost 5 which is a great age to photograph. He knew what was going on, and what to do, he even struck a few of his own poses- very handsome! I hope you all love your sneak peek, I will contact you soon with the rest of your gallery!

Here is a gorgeous Mom and Dad to be. I love these pictures. Tanya was so easy to photograph, and has the cutest little baby bump! :0) With such good lookin’ parents you can bet the baby will be gorgeous, we’ll get to meet her in April… so fun!

I love photographing kids- they are so fun to be around, they are just themselves. These two are seriously gorgeous little guys. Love their blue eyes and lips on the oldest are just super sweet! The littlest guy wasn’t having a great time on picture day, and wasn’t happy in front of the camera, but I think we got some great images anyway. Sorry about your sneak peak taking a bit longer than normal, I was away at a photography workshop. I hope you love these images as much as I do. Your children are beautiful.

A New Year

Happy 2010!! I’m excited to be back, and shooting again. I had a wonderful December with my family, I hope that you did too. Family is what life is all about. I’m excited for a new year and new growth. I have so many new ideas and look forward to another year of growth in my personal life, in my photography, and in my family.

Here is a beautiful little girl. I really loved her session, she was an amazing sleeper, and just had the most perfect skin. She is gorgeous just like her beautiful parents whose maternity images I was lucky enough to take a couple of months ago. Congratulations, I know this baby is loved, and you are amazing parents! :0)

I love this lady’s pictures. I think it’s all that amazing long red hair- just gorgeous. She was a natural in front of the camera too, I felt like a fashion photographer, as she did her thing and I photographed it… so fun!!! I was full but squeezed her in anyway, and I’m so glad, these are all going to look wonderful on my website when I re-do it in December! :0)

I love this first picture, Lyndon is her husbands name, I think the shirt with her gorgeous skin tones, is such a cute picture! I am always amazed by how far some people drive to come and see me for pictures, and while this was definitely not the furthest ( I quite often have clients from Ft. Macmurray which is 5 hours from me), it was still an almost two hour drive, first thing in the morning, with a baby sitting on your bladder the whole way, I am impressed! :0) That had to be a bit uncomfortable, but hopefully it was worth it- Enjoy your sneak peak!
